Harmine is not a scheduled substance in the US. Additionally it is not subject to the Federal Analog Act. Harmine is a beta carboline, which owns an additional cyclohexane ring and is without an alpha beta amide chain. It also owns a methoxy group. Compared to drugs such as psilocybin, N,N DMT, it is very different in structure and synthesis.
